The Choir Keeps On Singing
He sat on the tour bus, strumming his guitar, wondering why the choir keeps on singing.
She sat in her room, picking at her nailpolish, hopeing the choir keeps on singing.

He got his big break when his brother starred on broadway
She got the big news when the police showed up at the door one night when her parents went out.

He volunteered to work at the soup kitchen
She ate there.
His family was the best out there
Her foster parents were never home.
Him and his brothers gave 1 ticket and backstage pass to a radioshow
She called up the station with her fingers crossed hoping for the best

She jumped off the bed and started screaming
He sat on the bus riding to a different state
She sat in her beat up old car on her way to the radio station
He met hundreds of fans every night
She held the ticket in her hand to let her meet them
He walked down the hall to the meet and greet room.
She walked through the back halls toward the meet and greet room
Opposite Sides of the room
They opened the door
Eyes connected
Insides flipped
Eyelashes fluttered
Muscles flexed
He greeted just another fan
She greeted her idol
To him she seemed to stand out. Way more than a fan
She hoped that she could be more than just another fan.
"The names Kevin" He stated
"Megan" She replied shyly
"I guess this is why The Choir Keeps On Singing" He said
"I'm so glas The Choir Keeps On Singing" She said at the same time
"You too" He asked
"Always" She replied
